I found this new post about living room art very amusing! To me personally it doesn’t seem very practical to have an art exhibit like that in the living room, but very creative and original nevertheless. Thanks for sharing… :)

My mom would have killed me! Skiing down stairs on the bedding? I love it! I do remember the cardboard box houses with bedding for tents. Blankets and sheets strung across and between chairs. Great living room fun on a rainy day. My mom must have been so patient!

I feel the same way, Ruth! All those simple things that we did in our childhood, using only our imagination and simple everyday objects – brought us so much happiness and left us with so many beautiful memories. Too bad we so easily lose that connection as adults and it’s then so difficult to reconnect/relearn that magical way of living… :)
