I was just browsing along the internet when I came across some cool pictures of the Taj Mahal. So I figured I would share.

–Worth the long tiring trip to Agra, India. All the muscle aches are gone when you see the majestic and grand Taj Mahal…the history and the significance of the place is worth the long queue just to get in! It would have been better if the sky was blue and the sun was shining but just the same I hope you’ll enjoy this beautiful site in flicker.

The building almost seems to shimmer in the air like an illusion.

A really different picture because it shows all the little details.

My favorite picture. It looks unreal.
Pretty amazing how many different ways you can look at a building isn’t it?

Wow, very nice. One building in many different perspectives. My favorite is the 2nd one from the top. It looks like a mirage. Great collection, nice post.
Each background adds something special and shows another face of this breathtaking building with amazing history. Thank you for collecting them all in this one post!
I absolutely love the second one from the bottom. This is something I would hang up as a piece of art, I love the upside down perspective on it.
What amazing architecture and photography! I love all the different views of the Taj Mahal. I hope I can go to India and see it in person one day.

Nice collection of pictures. I especially like Saad Akhtar’s long view. I’ve never seen a picture of the Taj Mahal from a distance, in its surroundings.
