I just watched this TED video of Sheena Iyengar’s speech on the topic of the art of choice. It clearly fascinated me enough that I want to share it with everyone who is interested in learning some surprising results of the studies on how people choose, what makes them think they are good at it, surprising attitudes about their decisions, how we feel about the choices we make and so much more.
Sheena’s speech is entertaining and enlightening at the same time, well worth watching. Enjoy!!

I love this. I have experienced this in my life. I have learned to be true to myself, and still be aware of what others want. I love this example.
