If you don’t feel that you are free to exercise your creative spirit, you will feel limited and not fully alive This is an excellent article! Yes this person is definitely a star. I love the art work and I really like how The 10 suggestions are so in tune with what we all need. ‘Motivational for all’ as Daria says.

I really like the part that an artist should continue with classes and work shops. I often get together with a few art friends and we just paint. Offering suggestions and criticism as we go. We are all very careful how we talk to each other and we always help and encourage each other. Doing this is always a huge bonding experience and our art becomes exceptional. Just being in that wonderful creative place with like minds is so exhilarating.

Yes, and as another person, Marilyn, said this is a wonderful site that brings to lite all these artist that we might never see other wise. How grateful we are to be able to experience each other (and their art) through this site.

I find this article useful not only for artistic souls but motivational all around, for everyone. We all tend to forget way too often that we are all ‘the stars of our own show’ – as my good friend Ruth would say.

I’m so happy I was able to help in a roundabout way. I agree that this is a wonderful and valuable article, ironically I happened to find it by accident! I’m really glad I did. I hope it enables others, too.

Also, your piece caught my eye right away- I thought it was perfect for the beginning of the article. Very simple and to the point. I love featuring artists.

First of all thank you doroteja for featuring my work. You won’t believe how much this helps me at the moment. I’m really thankful, because this gives me a lot.

The last few weeks i’ve been struggling where to see me as an artist and how to take my next steps. This amazing article kind of opened my eyes. I think there is no better words to explain how to become an artist and improve as one. Since my work hasn’t been featured outside deviantart.com before i can proudly say, that i couldn’t have imagined a better article to be mentioned first time
